Program Manager

Opus Creative is looking for a Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects while possessing strategic thinking expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills, significant organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a strong relationship with clients.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager include owning and leading multiple projects on concurrent timelines. She or he will manage day-to-day communication between the client and internal team. This role reports to the Account Director.

Project-Specific Duties:

  • Support all client services’ efforts  in maintaining and growing healthy client relationships

  • Strive to understand client’s business and objectives

  • Respond to client’s requests quickly and consistently

  • Communicate implications of changes to project timeline or scope

  • Manage client’s needs/expectations through entirety of the project(s)

  • Identify and implement ways to grow client’s account

  • Knowledge share:

  1. Identify opportunities to share information and/or knowledge to support Account team

  2. Be available to provide support to teammates who may be new or have questions

This Position Requires:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 3-5 years of relevant project management and/or account management experience within a design/marketing agency

  • Strong problem solver; must be able to think strategically in relation to client’s requests

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to facilitate conversations between multiple departments, lead client meetings, and resolve conflicts

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and timeline

  • Meticulous planning, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

  • Quick thinker who can tap into their experience on the fly
