A holistic internal hype campaign for Hilton

 

Shifting internal teams from a top-down customer experience structure to a full-on agile SCRUM approach isn’t easy. So, Hilton partnered with Opus Creative to help tell the story of how and why the hotel giant was changing the way it worked. We developed a holistic campaign plan that included taglines, creative execution, implementation suggestions, photography curation and usage guidelines. Then we armed managers with packets of goodies they could use to educate their teams and get them excited for the changes.
